Growing, as a Christian, is a lifelong journey that transforms a person’s values and behavior, and results in ministry in one’s home, church, and the world. Such a journey is not taken in giant leaps but one step at a time. Empower: Growth Groups provides an opportunity for FBC Madisonville folks to take those steps toward Christian maturity by providing a variety of classes on subjects dealing with Christian growth.
Classes will be offered in three different areas
§ Christian Growth - Classes dealing with current issues such as basics of living as a Christian in today’s society, financial planning, healthy living, addictions, Christian doctrine; and Bible study.
§ Leadership Development - Trained leaders are critical to the growth of our church. Classes will focus how to become a “Christ-like” leader.
§ Family Enrichment – Today’s families need all the help they can get. Classes will be offered in marriage enrichment and parenting.
To provide Christian growth classes that will fit into today’s busy lifestyles, Empower classes are being offered a various times through out the week.
