In the hectic and busy world we live in, most families struggle to get everything scheduled that needs to be scheduled. This includes finding time for meaningful Bible study for each member of the family. Here at First Baptist in Madisonville we understand the dilemma and are working hard to help busy families take care of their Bible study needs.
We still feel that Sunday mornings best meets this need for most families. So we have put our best efforts into making our Sunday morning Bible study time "top shelf" for the following reasons:
- It is scheduled it for one hour - 9:30 to 10:30. This gives the family the opportunity to get a little extra sleep.
- Immediately following the Bible Study hour the family can become involved in a meaningful worship experience from 10:50 to noon.
- The rest of the day can be spent “resting and relaxing” and getting ready for the beginning of another hectic week come Monday morning.
- A separate Bible study group is provided for every member of the family and is specifically designed for their individual age.
- Each group is lead by a dedicated and trained leader.
- Bible study materials are provided at no charge.
